Indian Caste System
The Indian Caste System was a social order system in Ancient India. Every person had a certain role/class in the Caste System. The highest class were the Brahmins. Brahmins usually were Priests, Teachers, or Scholars. The next highest class were the Kshatriyas. Kshatriyas often were Royalty, Nobility, Warriors, or Landed Gentry. Third were the Vaisyas. Vaisyas are usually Trenders, Merchants, Money Lenders, Bankers, Land Owners, Entrepreneurs, etc. Second to last are the Sudras. Sudras are most commonly Peasants, Artisans, or Skilled Labor. Lastly we have the Outcastes or Dalits. Outcastes are Manual/Unskilled Labor who handle waste, clean toliets, sweep streets; Leather Workers, Butchers, etc. The Outcastes are called "The Children of God". The Caste System helped keep order and stability in Ancient India, and was very important to their society.

Ancient China

Ancient China was had many dynasties. Some of the dynasties were the Qing, Xia, Shang, Zhou, Sui, Qin, Tang, etc. One of the most popular attractions in China is the “Great Wall of China”, which is the longest man-made structure in the world. The Great Wall of China is said to be over 13,000 miles long, built by Shi Huangdi. The “Silk Road” was a popular and complex trading route in China. Many people used it to trade goods from different places, not just silk. China was named after Emperor Qin (Chin). Ancient China had many dynasties and Emperors, and was therefore a very memorable time period.
Samurai

Samurai were military nobility in Ancient and Early-Modern Japan. They were basically guards and protection of Japan. In 660 BC weapons and armor developed, which allowed Samurai to fight, stay safe, and defend Japan. During the 400's AD, Samurai were allowed to use horses during fighting, which came in handy to many Samurai, but also risked lives. Samurai were around for many many years, known especially from 660 BC to 1876 AD. In 1876, Emperor Meiji declared a new law that ended being able to wear swords. Since the Samurai had lost their ability to wear swords, a right that they had-had for many years. Their position as a special class had ended after almost 1,000 years.
